The Richmond group was formed in 1999 to service the credit and finance needs of ordinary people who had been refused credit by the large Banks. Our belief is that there is no such thing as the wrong customer, only the wrong product.
Across the various brands that make up The Richmond Group, we have one common goal: To create a thriving business that operates to suit our customers and staff, not the status quo.
Being different to other companies in the finance industry is how The Richmond Group has continued to grow throughout a recession, as well as allowing us to maintain a happy and dedicated workforce - we even have some shiny awards to prove it. Over the past three years, The Richmond Group has appeared in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for in The UK; we're doing better each year and we have high hopes for the top spot in no time!
The secret to our success is simple; we listen. We listen to our customers, and we listen to our staff. Sure, sometimes we get things wrong, but we're always communicating and constantly trying to make improvements - whether it's introducing a pension scheme, allowing more flexi-time or putting more Red Bull in the vending machines, we're always willing to consider suggestions, however small they may seem.
To keep The Richmond Group great (and to keep up with our growth!), we're always looking for innovative, creative and passionate people to join us so we can keep up our high standards. We're only looking for the best, and you will have to work hard, but we promise to always make sure you feel valued and that you're rewarded for your achievements.
