You've just spent years studying new technologies, it's time to put into practice all that you've learned.

At Richmond Group we're actively looking to find the brightest computer science and IT related degree graduates to join our software development teams. You'll have the opportunity of a lifetime to dive in, get to work and make a huge impact. You'll be helping to solve real world business problems in an environment that your ideas can be heard.

We'll provide you with the training you need to transition from graduate to fast track Richmond Group developer. We will ensure you know the processes, standards and core infrastructure that make up the development environment here at The Richmond Group. You will then have the opportunity to start building, altering and tuning real live systems. You will be assigned to one of our business development teams, where you will be allocated a mentor and provided with all the support you need to succeed. The scheme is simple, work hard, learn and gather practical business experience so that in a short time you will be able to build amazing applications and services that drive the business forward.

We develop our systems and applications in a number of different technologies and langauages, but mainly in C# .NET, ASP.NET, PHP and MS SQL Server. You are not expected to have trained or developed in these technologies before, so don't panic. As long as you have some previous programming experience you can become part of our graduate scheme.

Package: £18K -23K (DOE, Negotiable) + Project and Profit Bonus + Benefits.
